How do we collect salary data?
We triangulate every salary range from at least two independent 2026 sources: recruitment agency salary guides (Michael Page, Hays, Cooper Fitch), live job posting aggregates, and government labor data where available. We never invent numbers.
Why do we show ranges instead of exact figures?
Because no single number fits everyone. A software engineer at a Dubai fintech and one at a Sharjah SME earn differently. Ranges reflect reality — exact figures are a red flag for fake data.
How often do we update?
When new annual salary guides publish (typically Q1), we refresh every affected page. Each page shows its last-updated date.
What about taxes and total compensation?
The UAE has no personal income tax — so we show gross monthly AED. We also list typical benefits: housing allowance, medical insurance (mandatory), annual flights, and end-of-service gratuity (21 days’ salary per year).
Can you trust our numbers?
Every figure links to its source. If we can’t verify it, we don’t publish it. That’s our promise.
